Enrolment

The School seeks to enrol students whose families seek a Christian Education for their children and who support the ethos of the School, as encapsulated in the Mission, Goals and other documents.

Enrolments are now being accepted for Term 3 & 4, 2010 as well as the 2011 academic year. 

Limited vacancies remain for some year levels so please do not hesitate to contact our School Registrar, Julie Buckley for more information

Fee Payment

School Fees are billed at the commencement of each term and fees are expected to be finalised by the end of each term. 

Weekly or fortnightly payments can only be made via Direct Debit or Centrepay.

Should you choose to pay your fees in advance at the commencement of the term, cash, cheque or credit card is accepted. Our low fees are designed to assist parents in having an affordable Christian Education for their children.  These fees are inclusive of all activities and hence, no other rebates will apply. We encourage parents and guardians in supporting the school financially. 

Families who are able to financially assist may donate to our Library/Building Fund.  These financial donations are tax deductible.

Parents & Friends Association

Working bees are held from time to time. Parents are strongly encouraged to support the school by their attendance.

Enrolment Procedure

Please complete an Application for Enrolment form for each child.

  • Phone School Registrar to arrange an interview with the Principal and Curriculum and Policy Coordinator.
  • Please ensure that the following payment and documentation is provided prior to the interview:

              - $90 Enrolment Application Fee

              - Completed Application for Enrolment form

              - Photocopy of student’s Birth Certificate and/or                        Passport or Visa

              - Photocopy of previous two School Reports

              - Photocopy of Driver’s Licence

  • At the conclusion of the interview a Letter of Offer and an Acceptance of Offer, outlining the terms and conditions of enrolment, will be mailed out to the successful applicant.
  • The $100 Enrolment Deposit is due upon acceptance of enrolment by the parent or guardian. The signed Acceptance of Offer form and the $100 payment must be returned to the School’s Registrar prior to the student commencing school. Canteen menu, uniform price list, newsletter and relevant school information will also be provided. School uniforms can be purchased on Tuesdays from the Uniform Shop.  Please phone Mrs. McPaul on 5523 9101 to make an appointment.
  • Please note that the enrolment process is not finalised until the signed Acceptance of Offer and $100 Enrolment Deposit has been received by the Registrar.
  • Overseas Students will normally be required to pay one semester’s fees prior to attendance, plus the cost of overseas health cover. On receipt of the Acceptance of Offer form and payments, the appropriate documents will be processed to enable the student to apply for a student visa to study in Australia.
